1. Rent Bill Setup: Added an option for rent billing address to use the Property Owner address as the outgoing address. Formerly, the outgoing address as the same as the payment return address.
2. Balance Checkbook Ebalance Report: Added the deposit comment to the
batch number on the screen as well as on the Ebalance Report.
3. Tenant Report Letters: Added
a feature to Tenant Template Letters located on the bottom of the Tenant
Reports Menu. You can now print or email the letter.
4. Renewal Update Program: Added
an additional warning message when the update program detects a negative
security deposit billing amount.
5. Injecting Documents: Added
a warning message when you are injecting a document to letters and you
accidentally click the cancel button instead of the close button.
6. Trial Balance Report: Added
a new report – Trial Balance Report One Month.
