1. New Field Code: Added a new filed code for letters RNNR9R which is 12 times the monthly rent for the renewal lease.
2. Rent Bill Email Text in Body: Added a feature to suppress printing lock box information on
an email rent bill – text in body.
3. Work Orders: Fixed
an issue sending a work order as a text message to a cell phone.
4. Letters: Added
a screen sort by date up (newest first) and down (oldest first).
5. Renewal Update Wizard: Fixed
an issue where a 2 year renewal for a rent stabilized (guidelines) tenant with
a Sr. Citizen credit (feature: Apply Subsidy Credit by Renewal Wizard) was not
increasing the credit for the first year.
6. RIS Cloud Customers: Numerous
changes were made to accommodate this new format. Running an update patch
requires all users to be out of RIS and the patch is run using the “Azure Patch”
icon on the main tenant form. If you are unsure how to run the patch, contact
RIS and we will run the patch for you.
