1. Printing
Tenant Bills: Now when you print tenant bills you can print bills that
get mailed to other addresses separately from bills to the property address.
2. Emailing
Tenant Bills: We added an additional email address for Properties so now
you can send rent bills from different address for each property.
3. Tenant
Bills: Fixed an issue with tenant bills not showing all of the month’s
charges in certain unusual limited circumstances. Also, we removed extraneous
dollar signs from the plain paper bill.
4. Entry
Reminder: Now the entry reminder list will have lines separating every
item.
5. Injecting
Tiff Files: We added an option to convert a tiff file to a pdf file when
injecting a file into RIS.
6. Work
Orders: Fixed an issue with the work orders export in the management menu
that was not showing the vendor note.
7. Paylease
Export: The Paylease export now includes balance due. You can contact
Paylease for this information to show when the tenant logs in to pay the rent.
8. Email
Report: We added “persons” email addresses to the telephone/email
report.
9. New RIS Blog: We added a link to the NEW RIS BLOG
that lists the version numbers of the RIS Updates and what is in the new
version. The link is in the Utilities
pull-down, “RIS Version.”
10. Patch: We reduced the time to run the patch by
eliminating old updates from before April 2015.
11. Patch: Fixed an issue with the patch where users
were starting the RIS program during the patch update.
12. Budget Comparison Report: We added a new Budget
Comparison Report with a date selector to supplement the one month Budget
Comparison Report.
13. New RSA
Rider: We added a new template letter “RIS Rider 3/16” for the new
Rider.
14. Checks:
Fixed an issue so that an inactive vendor cannot be selected when adding a
check.
15. PDF
combine program: Enhanced the pdf combine program in reports to speed it
up and to locate and skip over invalid documents.
